Apparel

All our clothes are exclusively custom-made and not to be found anywhere else except here. We love that you like our designs and want more!

Though our bandwidth is tight, we will try to accommodate your request, of course, subject to time, delivery and price.

We collaborate with weaver clusters, creating sustainable and long-lasting natural fibres such as Sanganer and Bagru Prints using azo-free natural dyes, Kala Cotton, Khadi, Jamdani, Linen, hemp fabric, and soft cotton sourced from various regions of India.

All our fabric is fully genuine and sourced directly from the regions where they are grown and are handcrafted by rural artisans using traditional hand-me-down methods in natural conditions without pesticides or synthetic fertilisers. All our products are fully vegan friendly.

Great care is taken so that the fabric's nature, such as fibre, texture, strength, softness are not harmed and other native properties such as breathability, moisture-wicking, hypo-allergenic are maintained.

Finally, the buttons used on our apparel are either made from Coconut Shell or Wood. Read more about them here.

All our apparel is designed right here in Bangalore, in Vidya's right brain hemisphere....and in consultation with the tradiional weaver clusters spread across India to create exclusive designs by curating natural fibers.

This handworked curated fabric is then further stitched individually by groups of women craftsmen communities in various parts of the coutry in designs, shapes and sizes given and visualized by Vidya.

This is why no two items are exactly alike and may look and feel slightly different from the images you see on the online store.

Since all our cotton and linen apparel is crease-sensitive, they need some loving steps to help them last.

In brief,

hand wash, use cold water, avoid soaking
use mild, eco-friendly soap, no detergents , bleach or chemicals
shade dry on clothesline or lay flat on clean surface, no wringing
iron low to medium heat, when slightly damp
Fold gently, place in soft cotton or muslin bags or on padded hangers
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight

If you see something Out of Stock or if it went out of stock during your purchase since someone else may have purchased it at the same time, there is a chance that it may come back!

Though we can't always give a heads up about when we will restock the same product since designs keep changing and are rarely repeated, we will try to provide restocking updates in our Newsletter, so please sign up!

If you're so in love with that one specific piece, please write to us at design@studiomanjusha.com with the product title, description, SKU, size and a picture, and we will try our best to get it specially remade for you. Of course, price and delivery may vary.

However, if you made a mistake on your shipping address or ordered the wrong size, please reach out to us immediately at orders@studiomanjusha.com giving details of the Order number & date, Product Title, Product Description, SKU and attach the invoice which you can download from your Orders section after logging into your account.

We will review and get back to you. Orders which have already shipped will need to follow our Refund Policy.

We apologize that an item seems to be missing. Please check the following prior to contacting us.

Some items may have been sent in separate shipments or packages. Please reconfirm by checking your email to see if there are any separate shipments on the same order.
If you still find that an item is missing from your order, please contact us at shipping@studiomanjusha.com immediately, within one day of your order being delivered and we'll do our best to make this right. To speed up the process please make sure you include your order number, date, proof of delivery and details of the missing item.
We apologize we will not be able to entertain any missing items requests received by us after 48 hrs of delivery

If you made a mistake on your shipping address, you have 24 hours from order placement time to let us know about the error.

Please contact us at orders@studiomanjusha.com providing the order number, order date and full details of the new address incuding apartment or house number, location, city, state and pin code. Incomplete addresses will not be considered.

Any requests for change of address received more than 24 hours after order placement or after the order has shipped. cannot be entertained.

Once your items are shipped, Studio Manjusha carries no liability for lost or stolen packages.

In some cases, however, the shipping carrier may mark a package as "Delivered" a few days in advance when it's still out for delivery. If you haven't received your package after it has been marked delivered, follow these steps:

Double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that it was shipped to the correct address.
Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail. The shipping carrier may have left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen.
Check with your neighbors, family, or roommate(s). They might have accepted the package for you.
Check for a notice of attempted delivery on your tracking link. This will have more information on the next steps you should take to receive your package.
Give it a little more time. Some shipping carriers will scan items as delivered prior to arrival. We suggest waiting 7 business days to account for this. Thanks for your patience!

If it has already been past 15 business days and your package is still missing, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to start a claim, then contact us at shipping@studiomanjusha.com with your order number to let us know.

Refund & Returns

Return Policy: 7-day return policy for unworn, unused items with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee: 5% restocking fee applies to returns unless due to product/service deficiency.

Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns for customers outside India at this point. Please do check back from time to time as our policy may change.

We can only issue a refund back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. This means that we cannot issue a refund to a new account or card.

If the original payment method remains active, the refund will be processed back to your account. If the account has been completely closed, we ask you to reach out to your bank or service provider first for further assistance.

If your refund was approved, you will automatically receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days, not including any delays by the banks or payment gateways.

Please remember it can take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund too.

Special Sales, Offers and Coupons

No separate coupon or promo code is required - Sale items priced as marked. Some exclusions may apply. Special offers wiil be applied at the time of checkout on the applicable items.

Please note that multiple coupons cannot be applied nor combined with any special offers or to previously discounted items.

We normally do not provide discounts since we are a niche small business building custom products in small lots.

However, from time to time, we run specials such as limited time promotions, offers and coupon codes.

Keep an eye for these special run announcements on the online store and on our Instagram and Facebook accounts.

Unfortunately, promo coupon codes can only be applied at checkout and we're unable to retroactively apply a promo code to your order after its placed.

Where applicable, only one coupon code, offer or promo per order is allowed, unless otherwise stated.

If your coupon or offer is not working, please make sure it is valid for the items in your cart. Promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts or offers and are not usable on gift cards, sale items, pre-orders or already discounted final sale items.

Policies

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless return reasons can be attitude to any deficiency in Studio Manjusha's products or services, please note that

a 5% re-stocking fee will all and will be deduced from your refund

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), one-of-a-kind items, etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

International Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds for international customers at this point of time. Please check back with us regularly as our policy may change

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. A complete & correct postal address including zip / pin code, email id and mobile contact number is essential for correct shipments. Kindly cross-check all your address details including pincode and contact number before you complete your order.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you at the specified address between Monday to Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm, excluding public holidays and Sundays. Delivery day & time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes and other force majeure situations.

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. At this time, international shipping is not available.

If the ordered items are in stock, they will be packed and shipped within 0-7 days of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, if any. Studio Manjusha is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities or due to incorrect address / recipient details and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the committed time.

If some of the ordered items are not in stock, despite showing inventory level as available, we will make them specially for you by our artisans and ship them as soon as they are ready and quality checked..We are a small home based business, with limited hands on board, so please allow a minimum of 2-4 weeks for your order to bee shipped.
