Shipping policy

Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. A complete & correct postal address including zip / pin code, email id and mobile contact number is essential for correct shipments. Kindly cross-check all your address details including pincode and contact number before you complete your order.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you at the specified address between Monday to Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm, excluding public holidays and Sundays. Delivery day & time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes and other force majeure situations. Shipping charges are as indicated.

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. At this time, international shipping is not available.

If the ordered items are in stock, they will be packed and shipped within 0-7 days of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, if any. Studio Manjusha is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities or due to incorrect address / recipient details and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the committed time.

If some of the ordered items are not in stock, despite showing inventory level as available, we will make them specially for you by our artisans and ship them as soon as they are ready and quality checked. We are a small home based business, with limited hands on board, so please allow a minimum of 2-4  weeks for your order to bee shipped.
